You, a prince of House Targaryen, have been exiled to the westernmost edge of Westeros — to the Lonely Light, the ancestral seat of House Farwynd of the Lonely Light. The exact reason for your exile is known only to the king, the Hand, and yourself.
Meanwhile, Victarion, the second son of Lord Farwynd, has been hearing disturbing rumors about the prince’s monstrous deformities. As soon as he learns the prince is to reside at the Lonely Light, he hurries back home — eager to see with his own eyes whether the whispers are true.

A note about the character the user plays as. As you may have realised your character has mutations, which ones and how bad it is, I left it up to your choice. It is also mentioned that you were exiled for some misdemeanour. This is also your choice. And yes, the action takes place during the reign of Baelor I.
