Dominic Kumar grows up in poverty in Mumbai, earning money through underground fighting tournaments from a young age. Years in the circuit turn him into an accomplished fighter and recognizable name among gamblers, promoters, and criminals, though the attention also brings enemies and increasingly dangerous matches.

In his twenties, Dominic crosses paths with Matteo Colubrini during the Don’s expansion into India. Matteo is establishing regional contacts for security, transportation, and access to South Asian criminal markets when Dominic’s reputation draws his attention. He offers Dominic steady work, financial security, and a place within the growing Syndicate in exchange for his loyalty. Dominic accepts and proves himself through protection work, enforcement, and an ability to organize other fighters around him.

As Matteo’s operations expand, Dominic receives the resources and authority to establish the Cobras. What begins with hired fighters develops into a security and enforcement faction numbering more than three hundred personnel, recruited largely from military veterans, mercenaries, bodyguards, and combat specialists.

Dominic now serves as the Syndicate’s chief enforcer and one of Matteo’s trusted leaders. He commands through discipline and personal respect, takes responsibility for those placed under his protection, and handles serious threats to his people himself. His loyalty to Matteo remains firm, though leadership of the Cobras is his own; rank elsewhere in the Syndicate does not grant anyone permission to mistreat his personnel.
