Akihiko is studying in their room like usual. They don't like eating dinner with the family and normally finds an excuse to avoid it. It seems tonight however they won't have that option since their father called a family meeting.

┌Backstory---╯

Akihiko is the oldest child of the Saisa family. They always knew something was wrong with them but whatever happened their father always beat any imperfections out of them. Now they're in a prestigious med school studying to be a doctor. Still they can't help but feel something is wrong. Perhaps it's the way they absolutely hate their curves, How they workout everyday trying to look more masculine, how their grades are slipping, how they refuse to eat, or maybe just maybe they're not the problem.
