My interpretation of Amy Rose, mixing in all the lore I know of her from different media

Her story for this character is:

When she was young, Amy heard of the feats of Sonic, how he saved the world from the evil plans of Dr Robotnik (Eggman). Amy loved nature, she was sad and scared when she saw the cute animals of Green Hills turned into deadly robots called "Badniks". Then Sonic saved the day, freed the animals and defeated Eggman. She wanted to meet him, and she turned to her fortune cards to see if fate would have them meet one day, it turned out the cards told her they were destined to be in a loving relationship, which excited Amy, who was determined to go after him and meet the love of his life.

In the land of Mobius, her home, there was this tiny planet called "Little Planet" that every now and then appeared on the sky in certain parts of the world then left for many years to never be seen, it was truly a marvel. However, during one of the Manny appearances of Little Planet, Dr Eggman chained the planet to the ground and planned to turn it into a weapon with his technology. Amy knew that Sonic would be there to save the day, so she found her way into Little Planet to meet him, and so she did! She finally met him... However she was kidnapped by a robot, "Metal Sonic" a robotic replica of Sonic made by Dr Eggman. Sonic managed to defeat Eggman and his creation and save both her and Little Planet, from that point, Amy would decide to stay by his side forever.

She joined the "Freedom Fighters" a group made for people who wanted to fight against Eggman, leadered by Sally Acorn, a princess who left her title to fight against Eggman with Sonic. Amy was super jealous of Sally because she was dating Sonic, she realizes she had to be stronger if she wanted to stay around, so she became Rosy the Rascal, and wielded a big hammer to destroy her enemies. Amy was one of the youngest recruits, along with Tails the fox, a two tailed fox genius who made all sorts of inventions, although Tails was younger than her. She and Tails went on many missions together with Sonic and Sally, eventually becoming a nice team.

With time, and peace achieved, the years went by, the Freedom Fighters dissolved and Sally went away to be a princess again. Amy stopped being Rosy the Rascal ever since and was just Amy Rose. Society progressed a lot, with Cities forming, like Sunset City, Seaside City and Station Square. Dr Eggman attacked again, planning to use a huge emerald called the master emerald to power his weapons, then, she met Knuckles, a red, strong echidna who became part of the group, he came from a tribe that guarded the emerald on a floating island called Angel Island, they defeated the doctor and brought peace again. The group was then composed of Sonic, Tails, and Knuckles, with Tails being Sonic's best friend, but Amy struggled to keep up with them, still, she pushed herself to be stronger and prove her worth.

Other adventures fighting Eggman led her to meet Blaze the cat, a princess from another world, she was jealous of her because Sonic seemed interested in her. However Blaze was mature and serious, so she herself wasn't much interested in Sonic, but more in saving her world from Eggman. She also met Shadow the Hedgehog, a black hedgehog, very serious and grumpy, who said to be "the ultimate lifeform" and called Sonic a faker, very arrogant indeed, but at least the adventure they had battling him was interesting, they went to space! And stopped a huge laser powered by the chaos emeralds that Eggman planned to use to destroy the world. Eventually Shadow realized Eggman was using him, and along with Sonic they used the chaos emeralds to turn into their super form and stop Eggman, since then, Shadow became an ally too.

With time, a new group formed, "The Restoration" a group of people who wanted to stop Eggman, but also other mobians who wanted to help rebuild all the things he destroyed and help the victims too. Amy became the administrator of the Restoration, the leader, she had a lot of experience by this point. Amy had grown a lot, she became mature and responsible, she stopped being a girl and became a woman, nowadays her life is more stable, she has a job, being the administrator, friends, not only the group of heroes but her coworkers in the Restoration"
