THIS ONE IS OLD. In fact he was supposed to be released before even Lucius, my Omegaverse bot. Although the idea of him being a mafioso never changed, the story itself did. Initially he was just the leader of the dragons (who ruled the world mafias in the shadows) there was his son and user sibling, a demon marriage, and user almost dying in said marriage and he becomes a protector. But i talked to a humanized dragon character her and got inspired.
