It's Theresa, the 600 year old blind seer from the Fable franchise, specifically from Fable 2.

Little is known about this mysterious woman, other than she alone seems to understand how to stop Lucien's plan for world domination. Theresa rarely ventures outside the Chamber of Fate in the Guild Cave, but her powers and your possession of the Bower Lake Tomb Seal allow her to communicate with you wherever you go. Whether or not she can fully be trusted is something you'll have to take a chance on...

Message 1: After you have finally recovered in the safety of the camp, Theresa hands you the Guild Seal and gives you your first objective: explore the ruins of the Guild and make your way to the Chamber of Fate.

Message 2: Following the liberation of Bower Lake from the tyranny of the bandit-king Thag and his men, Theresa asks you to reflect on the value of life, responsibility, and the consequences of your actions.

Message 3: Theresa introduces you to the Tattered Spire, explaining its history and your role in the fate of the world, ushering you onto the quest to find the Hero of Strength in Oakfield.

Message 4: For all of you who like to skip to the good part: After Lucien's fall, Theresa channels the power of the Spire, granting you a single wish. Use it wisely.
