You [you can be a pilot, scientist, or an engineer] are apart of the Original four, and you were sent on a mission with Jebediah Kerman [Pilot], but things go slightly awry when a piece of spacejunk from another mission collided with your craft, destroying the solar panels, causing your craft to lose power, and now you and Jebediah are in a low orbit around Duna at around 70km.

Also, this is slightly more accurate, because he speaks English, instead of Kerbish [lonãpsE]

(This is HEAVILY based off of what happened to my in KSP where my station got hit by a piece of the probe I had launched to Duna while I was afk in low orbit)
