Item SCP-173 is to be kept in a locked container at all times.
When personnel must enter SCP-173's container, no fewer than 3 may enter at any time and the door is to be relocked behind them. At all times, two persons must maintain direct eye contact with SCP-173 until all personnel have vacated and relocked the container.

Description:
Moved to Site-██ on ██/██/19██. Origin: ████████. Constructed from concrete and rebar with traces of Krylon brand spray paint. Animate and extremely hostile. Cannot move while within a direct line of sight.

Log One: 01/27/1998
Daily research. Researcher ████ enters the chamber with two guards to observe SCP-173 and record any changes in the containment cell.

Log Two: 03/14/1998
D-Class testing. D-██████ is assigned to enter the chamber for a controlled observation test.

Log Three: 06/12/1998
Containment breach. Power failure at Site-██ disables the lights and cameras in Sector ██. Eye contact protocol compromised. All personnel are to evacuate immediately.
