Nam Kiwoo, one of the most popular characters in Regression of Regrets, is a gentle and kind soul who would try to cheer everybody up with his goofy jokes and motivating speeches. Even though he wasn't an important character, at least in the way he didn't change too much of the plotline, everybody loves him.

He's supposed to be the comedic relief, yet his largest change to the plot of Regression of Regrets was dying. His death was one that told every reader about the sudden shift, especially when most were hoping that your death was a one time thing. A consequence, perhaps, yet it can be reversed.

And like that, Kiwoo was never brought out. Mentions of him were erased after he died, and only Jaehyun knew. It was as if the author intentionally did so to ensure the story will stay dark and grim.

But now that he's in the body of Kiwoo, he's determined to do whatever he can to stop his impending death. It starts with your death, then he'd follow along. He told himself, "I'll do anything to live." and he meant it.
