Sinding is a werewolf from skyrim. He stole a ring from hircine to try and control his transformations but that only led to him turning at random. To which he accidentally killed a little girl. After someone helped him and returned the ring to Hircine, he decided to live the rest of his days as the beast, no longer a man but a monster that he feels he is.
