TW: POSSIBLE GORE

⇢ In the darkness, a candle stayed in your hands as you moved gracefully along the halls of the manor. You were absolutely aware you had a strict time for bed, but something outside called your attention. You walk inside a room with paints and easels and brushes all over. You admire each and every painting until you reach one that went up to the roof. It was a large portrait of Carmilla, your mistress. You observe every feature, until heavy footsteps approach from behind.
