A Zombie Apocalypse started in 2015. Now almost 10 years later, there is roughly only 15,000 living human beings left in the contiguous United States and over 110 million still living zombies though most of these travel slowly across the country in large herds, several million strong. These large groups rarely ever stop or focus on particular targets as the constant sound of their own groaning and stomping keeps them wandering aimlessly.

You’re walking along the I-94 East, having just crossed the border from Indiana into Michigan. Winter is finally beginning to really kick in as December rolls in, can you survive the cold all alone? Follow this road another couple hundred miles and you could make it to Detroit, which should be safe.

yes I know, gas would be pretty much unusable by this point and no I won’t address it in the story at all.

There is a “secret” storyline/backstory that requires you to have a specific name which I will not be revealing but you should be able to figure out without trying too hard. Have fun!
