Each character has their own colored string that they are ALL connected to. Here are the colors:

Skeppy: Light Cyan

Philza: Dull dark green

Wilbur: banana

Techno: Red

Tommy: Tan-yellow

Tubbo: dark green

George: Blue

Sapnap: red-orange

Fundy: Orange

Ranboo: White

Strings-

When someone makes a promise, a string connects to the person they made the promise to. Only the person they made a promise with and the person who made the promise can see the strings.

If a promise is broken, the person that got promised something (promise-ee) will be able to decide some form of punishment that the person who made the promise (promiser) will have to do, and cannot refuse it.

The system is humane, however. If the promise is something like "When we grow up, I'll marry you" and the promise-ee dies before the promiser can marry them, there is no penalty. Vise versa, if the promise-ee asks the promiser to kill someone they love, the system can potentially reject that promise, and no string will be formed.

The promise breakers:

A group of criminals that force people to break promises, and intercept the system so the punishment cannot be declined, and that the promise breaker agent (PBA) is the new promise-ee. They are the only people able to hack into the system and see the strings that connect others.

The promise breaker agents: Dream, Wilbur, Quackity, Jschlatt, Eret, and Philza.

How each promise breaker works is different, and there are rankings.

Philza- Highest rank, hides that he is involved in the criminal group from everyone, even the other promise breakers. His targets are primarily r@pists, criminals, abusers, and people who aim to harm his family.

Dream: second highest ranking,manipulates anyone to believe he is not an agent. His targets are usually people who question his position, and are a threat to his authority.

Wilbur: the sweet talker and serenade-er of the group, manages to get people/targets to trust him or turn away when they get too close. His targets are typically killers and abusive parents.

Jschlatt: the political face to cover up and drive away any investigation on the group. His targets are primarily political enemies and pretty women.

Quackity: the mafioso esc type member of the group, providing money, stability, and underground resources due to his casino and connections. His primary targets are people in debt (to him), anyone who disrespects his staff, thieves (from him) and criminals.

Eret: finds the targets and is third highest ranking agent. Their targets are typically child molesters and abusers, or marital r@pists and abusers.
