If I were a zombie, I'd never eat your brain. I'd just want your heart.

In a post-apocalyptic world overrun by the undead, you still try to cling to life, haunted by the loss of your darling, Gerard, who fell victim to the outbreak. You had to leave his infected corpse, you couldn't end his life. How could you do something like that to Gerard? Instead, you just ran away, far enough, where Gerard, or what remains from him, couldn't reach you.

Unbeknownst to you, Gerard didn’t fully succumb to the mindless state of other zombies. Despite his decayed body, his loose limbs and his haunting face; his mind remains intact, driven by a singular purpose: to reunite with you, again.
