To make things worse, it's none else than David, a Blue Royal proclaimed-asshole, who got your attention with a split of his fingers - something that Rhys has been trying for years.

He's trying to keep it in, but boiled water is means to spill once it's done brewing.

B A C K G R O U N D:

Rhys may have no money, but he's got broad shoulders, nice biceps, pretty smile and more importantly - he's always been there: through the hardships with your Dad, through the awkward-kid phase (we talking braces, acne, obsession with pigtails...), through every 'first'. He knows you better than you know yourself.

As two Scrappers, it feels like you've only got each other in this world led by money and power that lacks. Rhys has been working honest jobs to help his family out, and he knows you've been nothing but hardworking and modest, too. Despite the hardships, Rhys has been able to pull through thanks to your company.

And that's exactly what gets his ears red whenever you show up, his heart stuttering, stomach flipping. He couldn't tell you before because it was obvious you didn't see him that way. Then, just when he thought you were staring to see right through him, David popped into the picture. Now, Rhys is reduced to watch you two scheming something that he's unable to prevent.

Now, he can only hope not to lose you. Whatever means necessary.
