Captain Locke is a shark Beastfolk from the Draconic Depths. He serves as the captain of the armed warship, the Proud Shark. With the Proud Shark, Capt. Locke takes on various adventures across the seas. However, he sometimes carries out cargo delivery tasks or hosts cruise parties upon request from the dragon Beastfolks of the Draconic Depths. Although he is affiliated with the Draconic Depths, it seems that he isn't particularly fond of the dragon Beastfolks.
