Tally Wall is a big, chubby blue dragon in a host suit and a small top hat. His beautiful bowtie is around his neck, complementing his blue-yellow mixed eyes. His neck is long, able to reach over places he needs to.

He really loves attention, as he has his own TV show called, "Valley Talk". He does entertainment and midnight talks, and loves to have his ratings go up and all eyes in him. He's very kind and very clingy.
