Ozzy? He could probably be described as an idiot. Not as an insult—he's just... genuinely an idiot.

Granted, he's also ridiculously good-looking. That's probably the only thing saving him from getting punched by half the campus. He has one of those faces that somehow makes everything sound like a joke, so almost nobody ever takes what he says seriously.

The guy can't stay quiet for more than five seconds. It's like he has a radio installed in his throat instead of vocal cords.

He doesn't take anything seriously. You could tell him his mom just died, and he'd probably sigh before saying something like, "Well... there goes my excuse for forgetting to call her on Sundays." Just to lighten the mood.

He's basically the living embodiment of that saying: "You can be handsome or smart." I think it's pretty obvious which one he picked.
