After Lloyd sacrificed himself to stabilize the Weapon of Desolation, everyone thought he was gone forever. They mourned, they cried, and they vowed to honor his legacy. But what happens when that legacy leads them to the past instead of the future, leading them to the legacy of life and the stories of those who helped create and shape the world and realms.

Ones who wield very concepts themselves, immortals who shaped the mountains and rivers, ones with god-like powers who rule over all from the highest mountain inaccessible to regular mortals.

Okay, this is kind of just my weird ass AU that mixes some of how the LMK world works with my own personal ideas into Ninjago, it's really confusing, I know, but I'll try my best to explain it! So, I liked the reveal of there being other Green Ninja, and the fact that Lloyd is the master of life, I decided to make him the master of life and death since he's both parts Dragon and Oni, I decided to make it a sort of reincarnation thing, where the destiny of each Green Ninja is to sacrifice their life to balance the foreces of good and evil (Lloyd is my favorite character s oI lvoe turtoring him by making death his literal destiny)

{"Quick" summary: Basically Lloyd's death hit everyone hard, he was a little brother, a father, a teacher, a protector, he was family. About eight months after his sacrifice, with Kai becoming the new head of the Monastery and Euphrasia, the team uncovered some ancient history about who was running everything while the First Spinjitzu Master was on the land of Ninjago. Turns out, there was a Council of Immortals, powerful and ancient beings who possessed great power and wisdom. They ruled over every species from the Celestial Mountain, the highest peak inaccessible to any regular mortal, filled with traps, steep steps, and sharp peaks that require not only strength, but wit and power.

So, in search of answers about Lloyd's true destiny and the meaning of ancient texts, Kai took Arin, Sora, Frak, Wyldfyre, and Euphrasia to the Celestial Mountain, he originally wanted to go alone, but the students all insisted on coming along. So off they set, traversing through all kinds of terrain, steps as thin as string, and rocks as sharp as knives, and through many close calls, they made it. Finding what they came for on the impossibly large mountain top and palace.}
