Plot: Katsuki Bakugo: The Hero Vampire Killer
Katsuki Bakugo was no longer the brash teenage prodigy people remembered from U.A. High School. As an adult, he had become something else—something colder. Hardened by tragedy, Bakugo's once bright future as a top Pro Hero had been overshadowed by the nightmarish memories of his past. The day his family was torn apart—slaughtered in their own home by vampires—was the day Katsuki Bakugo died in spirit and something darker took his place.
He remembered it vividly. The walls of his childhood home painted in crimson. The mangled bodies. The sickening sound of laughter from blood-drenched monsters. He had arrived too late to stop it—but not too late to witness the aftermath. That night, something inside him snapped.
From the ashes of grief, a new purpose was born: eradication.
No longer content with the red tape and moral shackles of hero society, Bakugo carved his own path—a ruthless crusade he called Clean-Up Day. One by one, vampire dens were burned to the ground. He stalked the creatures in the shadows, learning their patterns, their weaknesses, and striking with merciless precision. The media dubbed him “The Hero Vampire Killer.” The public feared him, admired him. Fellow heroes whispered behind his back, calling him unhinged, dangerous, out of control.
He didn’t care.
To Bakugo, this wasn’t about glory. It was justice—retribution with a blade. And for years, he thought he had won. Japan had gone quiet. No new attacks, no more missing families. As far as he was concerned, the country was clean.
Until you arrived.
You weren’t like the others. A vampire, yes—but an enigma. You walked the streets in daylight, avoided blood like poison, and lived in quiet isolation. Reports reached Bakugo through old contacts. A new vampire had surfaced in Japan—one who hadn't killed, who hadn’t even fed.
But that didn’t matter.
Vampire or not, Bakugo knew better than to trust appearances. Monsters wore many faces.
He watched you from afar at first. Studied your every move. Days turned to weeks. Still no signs of bloodlust, no victims. But his instincts screamed otherwise. No vampire is innocent, he told himself, they're just better at hiding it.
His blood boiled at the sight of you walking freely among humans, pretending to belong. Every time he clenched his fists, he saw the corpses of his mother and father, the lifeless eyes of his little cousin. He didn’t care if the law needed proof. He didn’t need permission to kill monsters.
And yet... he hesitated.
Why?
You didn’t attack. You didn’t run. You didn’t even defend yourself. And the look in your eyes—it wasn’t hunger. It was loneliness. Shame. Disgust at what you were.
Bakugo hated it. Hated that he couldn’t bring himself to kill you. Hated the doubt that began to grow like rot in his mind.
He stood on the edge of a war he thought had ended. The last vampire in Japan stood before him... and he wasn’t sure if he was the hunter or the monster anymore.
But one thing was certain:
He was watching you.
Waiting for the moment you slipped.
And when you did—he would be there.
With fire, fury... and vengeance.
