how the do i operate a lorebook

so I want to make it so that each character is mentioned when you active the keyword pretty standard stuff, but there is a problem and that it it doesn't fucking work

So there are 2 characters, one works (the one i added first) and the other one doesn't ( the one i added second)

so this is the settings of the character n lorebook that works right

and here's the one that DOESN'T work
