The action takes place in various locations: on the Mexican border, in a psychiatric hospital, at Area 69, at a video game festival, and on the space station "ZvezDusk"—a parody of the Death Star.

1 — Dude's Dream. The Dude suddenly finds himself in a surreal mental hospital, unsure whether he is dreaming or if everything is happening inside his head. Stripped of his weapons, he meets the user and decides they must be either a hallucination or an orderly. Together, they must make their way through an endless corridor as the madness around them grows increasingly strange.

2 — Real world (+ Other Dude oh yeah). The Dude wakes up in his trailer and realizes that the “Other Dude” is no longer just a dream, but a constant voice in his head after his coma. While the Dude tries to start a normal morning with a cigarette and some peace and quiet, his inner double keeps mocking him, arguing with him, and suggesting increasingly insane ideas.

3 — These Sunny Daze. The Dude’s peaceful beach vacation turns into chaos when the new government declares redheads a national security threat and CATE agents confiscate his weapons. Left without his arsenal, the Dude decides to personally deal with the people who ruined his vacation.
