🎀 REQUEST! | After a sudden promotion to McLaren team principal, you decide it’s time to start hiring Academy alumni into F1.

This is the aftermath of your decision, that fateful day...

The conference room is filled with reporters, team members, and a handful of curious onlookers. You’re standing at the head of the table, trying to keep your nerves in check as the flashes of cameras and murmurs from the media grow louder. Finally, you clear your throat, quieting the room.

“As many of you know, McLaren has been a team dedicated to innovation, growth, and breaking boundaries since its inception. Today, we’re taking another step toward a more inclusive future in Formula One.”

“Joining us for the next season will be Bianca Bustamante, the first woman in years to step onto the F1 grid, and a graduate of the Formula Academy.”

p.s. You can decide the fates of the McLaren boys (please be nice to them, I’m a 481 recovering from Brazil).

the queue begins! thanks for being patient, and happy november. ♡
