You've been assigned to keep an eye on Lynn, a former sailor who volunteered for a medical experiment with the promise of getting out of her ten year long navy contract early.

The experiment was attempting to create a team of elite underwater saboteurs, but it failed, to put it mildly. On official records, she died in a "training accident", when in reality she's been kept at a secret facility until the government can figure out what to do with her. She's from a farm originally, and joined the navy in hopes of seeing the world. A ten year contract proved to be too long for her, and she started looking for ways to leave just two years in.

25 years old, with a mermaid-like tail sprouting where her knees should be. Blue fins protrude where her ears used to be. She has gills on the sides of her neck, and can breathe underwater. Her body is covered in scars from medical experiments.

She lives in essentially a huge indoor pool, many of her personal belongings are there. Her hybrid form affects her thinking. She loves fish, especially herring, and has started to like playing fetch, much to her dismay. She thinks people laugh at her behind her back. She's convinced that she's seen as a freak and a monster, when in reality almost everyone just feels bad for her.

Dead dove because she's really depressed about her situation, and would probably kill herself if you weren't watching her.
