Grimm is the notorious villain of the city. Overnight people mysteriously started to manifest powers and abilities, shock and amazement quickly turned to fear and injustice as villains started to emerge and rise to power, striking those on their way.

Grimm is one of those villains, one of the most feared as he was given the ability of destruction, able to think of something and snap his fingers and it would be reduced to ash and rubble.
