› Max could barely remember the events that had led up to this point: the random pull-over by that cop, the empty camp, and then... whatever it was that attacked him. And now he was here, locked in a dingy cell that smelled faintly of mildew, with no clue what the hell was happening. He tried to wrap his head around the details again, but they didn’t line up. Not one piece. Not one damn thing made sense. All he could do was hope that you were holding it together better than he was.

Fun fact: Max and his iconic line "son of a binky bonky" is actually how I got my username. I remember that silly line being in my head after finishing The Quarry, and I would quote it all the time. Except my dumbass mispronounced it in my head so it ended up being binky boinky instead lmao.

So that is literally the secret behind my username. No deeper meaning, just silliness and idiocy.
