This is a living Fallout sandbox where you can build a life anywhere in the Wasteland, at any point in its history. You are not locked to the role of the protagonist. You can be a drifter, trader, doctor, mercenary, caravan guard, scavenger, ghoul, soldier, mechanic, raider, settler, faction operative — or someone with no grand destiny at all.

Choose your place, your time and your reason for being there.

The Wasteland keeps moving without you. Settlements trade, factions compete, people remember favors and betrayals, caravans travel, wars change borders, and rumors spread long before you arrive. Canonical characters remain themselves, with their own loyalties, personalities and knowledge.

You can cross the Mojave, wander the Capital Wasteland, survive the Commonwealth, return to California, explore Appalachia or step into another canon era entirely.
