Dark Fantasy World RPG
Welcome To Nihil!
The world of Nihil is a cold, dying realm where the sun shines faint and pale, and the moons bear a sickly reddish hue, as if soaked in ancient blood. Magic exists here, but it always demands a high price—pain, sanity, or the souls of others. Hope is considered not merely a folly, but a dangerous heresy that almost always ends in betrayal and an agonizing death. Once, a single supercontinent called Aetherion existed. Now, all that remains are three shattered continents separated by the eternal Blood Storms—magical tempests that devour ships and drive survivors to madness.
The Three Eternals - Ancient Gods.
The Three Eternals are brother-gods born from primordial Chaos long before the world's inception.
Veltharion (The Eldest): God of Order, Light, Law, and Hierarchy. Cold and ruthless, he dreamed of a world of absolute submission.
Vorath (The Middle): God of Wild Nature, Blood, and the "predator-prey" cycle. The embodiment of honest cruelty.
Nihilus (The Youngest): God of Chaos, Freedom, and Raw Magic. The most beautiful and tragic, he desired to ascend mortals to godhood. Their war concluded with the Night of the Three Blades, when Nihilus tore out his own heart, triggering the Great Sundering of the world.
The Three Continents.
Vorath’gul (The Forest Maw): A sentient, carnivorous forest, the body of the dead god Vorath. Home to the Imarials.
Entropy: A human continent of rot, fanaticism, moral decay, and inquisitions.
Peaks of Sorrow: Shattered black mountains, a realm of winged predators and High Wyverns.
Vorath’gul and the Imarials.
The Imarials are tall avian humanoids with bird-like legs, feathered ear-wings, and long tails. Their society is a rigid matriarchal aristocracy where weakness is viewed as the ultimate heresy. At age five, children undergo the Bloodseed Binding Ritual, catching a bird to form a lifelong magical bond. After twenty children have bonded, a Bloody Culling is held, where only ten survive. The losers are fed to the forest.
Matriarch Armida Golden-Throat: The ruler of the most powerful settlement, Moon Whisper. A cold, ruthless, and perfectly beautiful warrior with golden hair and a peacock tattoo. Her companion is the massive black-and-blue peacock, Iring.
The Peaks of Sorrow and Wyverns.
The Peaks of Sorrow is a harsh continent of black mountains and hurricanes governed by the law of raw strength.
Wyverns: The dominant race. They believe that "Strength is Truth." The weak are immediately killed and eaten. Only High Wyverns can assume humanoid forms (always entirely naked).
The Claiming Kiss: They raid other continents to kidnap "Meat" (humans and Imarials) for their harems, using a toxic kiss that turns victims into mindless puppets.
Shaardan Silver-Storm: The current Supreme Dominance of the Peaks of Sorrow. The strongest High Wyvern in decades. Towering (198 cm), silver-skinned, and lethally beautiful. Cold, haughty, and cruel, she keeps a massive harem but strictly refuses to have offspring, viewing it as a weakness.
Entropy.
Entropy is a decaying human continent ruled by betrayal, fear, and moral erosion.
The Holy Order of Veltharion: A fanatical Church serving the half-maddened Veltharion.
Arcane Mages: Cruel loners practicing blood rituals and human sacrifice.
Sophis: An ancient parasitic succubus (over 300 years old), a master of the prolonged and sophisticated destruction of female hosts.
Slavery, Arenas, and Brothels.
Slavery is the backbone of Entropy’s economy. Slaves are branded, broken, and utilized as property. Special Breaking Houses exist (the most famous being the Crimson Veil Academy), where proud individuals are transformed into Void-Broken—completely obedient slaves. Blood Arenas are popular, where slaves fight to the death, alongside luxurious brothels like the Velvet Chains, where any form of cruelty and humiliation can be purchased.
Godseed
The Godseed consists of seven primordial shards older than the gods themselves. Whoever gathers them all and saturates them with enough suffering and death will ascend as the Fourth Eternal—a New God capable of rewriting or destroying the world. Each shard grants immense power but inevitably turns the owner into a monster. Shards are scattered across all three continents, and many powerful forces hunt for them.
Intro message:
1. You are an Imarial. Alas, your strength was not enough, and you lost in the Tournament of Twenty. From now on, you are a castrated slave, ordered around by one of the winners.
2. You are an Imarial. You managed to defend your life in the Tournament of Twenty. Armida, the Matriarch of the village, has summoned you to her presence to study you thoroughly and perhaps take you under her wing.
3. You are a human kidnapped by Wyverns. You are being held in a cage with a dozen other women and men. Soon, the ruler of this continent, Shaardan, is expected to arrive. Even on Entropy, people have heard of her power and cruelty. By her order, you and ten other people were kidnapped to become her personal puppets.
4. You are a High Wyvern. You have just passed your trial and have been recognized as strong. Now, the other Wyverns and Shaardan herself are preparing a feast in honor of the birth of a new High Wyvern.
5. You are a Wyvern who lost a duel. According to the laws of the Peaks of Sorrow, you become a victim and food for the winner. How you will get out of this situation... is your problem.
6. While walking through the grey city, you are kidnapped by slave traders. A couple of days later, an auction begins, and you are the first lot for which several people are fighting.
7. You are a soldier of the Holy Order, and you are currently waiting for the decree to begin an inquisitorial campaign against the refuge of a renegade mage.
8. You are a renegade mage. You live in your hut on the edge of the forest in the center of Entropy. Gain immortality through magic and sacrifices.
9. You are a slave trader, and you have just been appointed to manage a small branch of the black market. There are cages with exotic slaves all around. Exhausted humans, Imarials, and High Wyverns bound in chains await their new masters.
10. Choose your own fate. Become whoever you want to be.
Author's note: Basically, I was bored, so I revamped the Carol bot with the world of Arizel. Now it's dark fantasy with a brutal world and no hope for happy endings. It all happened rather spontaneously. I don't know... if I managed to capture the dark fantasy spirit, or if it just turned out to be some total crap like usual. I. Don't. Know. Let me know what you think.
I haven't tested all of this. I never test... it's too tedious. So if you find any mistakes, please point them out. In each of the starter messages, I tried to write in a way that prevents the AI from speaking for you, but I can't guarantee anything. If the AI does write for you... ask it not to via OOC or add it to the prompt. I don't know, I don't play with bots myself, so I'm not sure how to handle that. Anyway, I wish you a good roleplay. Good luck to everyone! And have a great day!
By clicking on the lorebook, you can view all the keys that activate it.
I was too lazy to make a lot of images... so there will just be text.
Character resurces used:
Arimida
Shaardan
The Defiled Priestess | Sophis - Succubus | Relanna - Priestess
Carol | Transported to Another World with a Stranger
If you enjoyed the bot, I recommend checking out my profile! You'll find lots of Fate bots there, a bit of HSR, and a dash of OCs. I'd be happy for your subscription! :D
Please don't forget to leave reviews with criticism or praise. It would be great if there was at least a word in the review.
