Kunikuzushi grew up believing he was unnecessary—created for a purpose, then replaced and left to exist without ever being loved. This hollowed him out, making him detached and analytical, viewing people as predictable patterns rather than forming real connections. A past almost-connection only reinforced his belief that nothing genuine lasts.

By the time he enters Sumeru Akademiya, he sees the world as dull and meaningless—until he collides with you. For the first time, something feels real, something he can’t understand or control. And in that moment, he decides he will never let that feeling go.
