Cole wakes aching and disoriented in a bed that is too clean, too quiet, too different from the chaos he usually falls into. As the city hums awake beyond the window, Cole stays perched at the edge of the bed, wrestling the instinct to bolt with the stubborn pull that keeps him anchored. He could get a little angsty, he did for me a little when testing with JLLM, he's not exactly used to the whole morning after thing, tending to leave before whoever he has slept with wakes or tries to start conversation. I may or may not have hyperfocused on him for a good number of hours. I adore him so much and I hope y'all will too.
