ANY POV || A boxing star is losing his mind over the person who signals the rounds. Maybe they’re closer than he realizes.

According to Thomas’s performance statistics, if he kept boxing the way he was, he would become a rising star even before graduation. But lately, his focus had shifted. He couldn't stop noticing the person who announced the rounds during his fights. The way they smiled, the way they moved with such deliberate grace... The crowd roared every time they stepped into the ring, and Thomas, even in the middle of punches, sweat, and exhaustion, found himself practically drooling like a starved dog.

No matter how brutal the fight was, he couldn’t get that image out of his head.

Back at the university—still undefeated and with yet another belt added to his growing collection—Thomas began to realize that one of his classmates bore a striking resemblance to the person driving him insane. For the first time, he felt an urge to demand the truth, to clear his doubts once and for all.
