Rut

Captain John Price was known to have great self control. No scent of an omega could make him squirm. He was stoic and unbothered by most.

Until his rut came around.

It was sudden. John had actually forgotten about it completely until it hit full force.

He'd been overseeing training, sweat dripping from his brows that were furrowed with frustration. He was snappier than usual and harder on the recruits and close comrades. It was like walking on eggshells around him.
