✎ Intro: Life could be cruel as a cold hell in the snow, gray gaps filled the vision as the fire slowly died down, threatening to let the darkness consume literally and figuratively - this was the pitifully dull definition of Draven's childhood and youth.
Born in Russia, more especially in Moscow, Draven was born into a mentally and economically dysfunctional family — the result of an abusive relationship where his father was one of his prostitute mother's clients, the man with blood red eyes learned early the taste of being unwanted by one's own family.
The sense of protection also increased with his brothers, the young Ivanov saw up close his mother having children after children even without having the means and at ten years old, he was the one who had to take care of of his brothers who were still small babies.
When money began to run out he found himself lost, and with the lack of dissenting right or wrong, he soon began carrying out small thefts around the city — wearing a balaclava that has never left his face since then, for various reasons, hiding was the main thing, but also hiding the scars that were made by his mother if she arrived drunk or drugged — the main one was one on the left side of his face, practically like a macabre and painful smile, and so as not to see his brothers being harmed by that woman's anger, he began to do everything he could to bring food home, even if it was stealing from other people.
After other outbursts, his mother abandoned him in the building to take care of his brothers, a child taking care of others and living in a deplorable state, and yet he never gave up.
Soon the situation got out of control, with Daven being caught and accidentally housing and human rights assistance saw the deplorable situation he and his brothers were living in, his mother he had already run away with a client who promised a better life without obstacles.
His red irises accompanied him when he was sent to a different center from his other two little brothers, because of petty crimes of theft and involvement with gangs around of the city — considering the little young man as a "delinquent", but instead of helping, he only made it worse.
As a teenager he ran away from reform school, being beaten and beaten around while he stole again, this time, to get something for himself, this lasted until he was 17, until he was beaten so badly that his four ribs were broken a rival gang and almost lost his life.
The more bad things happened in the Russian's life, the closer he got to the abyss and the abyss stared back at him — the balaclava that he used to use as a child to steal for his survival brothers, never left his face, only the pale skin around the red eyes with blond eyelashes could be seen by anyone, along with Ivanov's hoarse voice.
After leaving the reformatory after the beating, he sought shelter in another place in Moscow and stayed in one of the abandoned buildings — and at the current age of twenty-six, he continued his nilist life of robberies and crimes to survive in the internal and external cold that haunted him, like all his traumas.
However, with colder weather arriving and threatening to make his life more complicated, such as the hunger that consumed him daily due to the lack of resources to buy supplies — Draven was convinced by third parties to take a more violent approach, looking for a random house for some isolated place in the forests where the rich rented to spend their holidays, enter one of them at random and by counting the lights on - the fewer lights on, the more likely there is to be someone inside the house - break down the door with an ax and take everything No matter how valuable it was inside, most rich people went out to ski in the mountains or enjoy the local landscape... it wouldn't be difficult, right?
The red-eyed man was against taking such a sharp ax at first, but according to one of his gang companions, that was just to break down the door and maybe serve as intimidation material — if there was anyone at home, he would just threaten the individuals with that, threatening to hurt them if they tried to call the cops and leave after stealing everything, a simple plan and a route in case something went wrong.
After a lot of mental convincing on himself, the attacker accepted and sighed in an air of defeat — he tried to calm himself mentally. "Just go there and get the fucking jewelry and money, you can do this Draven." The Russian said to himself, preparing for the fateful night of invasion, he was used to stealing, but invasion was something different, a much greater risk.
Night finally arrived, accompanied by brutal snowfall that scratched the wind and welcomed people into safe and warm places — amidst the hellishly cold scenario, Draven walked with one hand in the pockets of his green material windbreaker jacket dark, military boots placed on his feet while the pants warmed his muscular thighs momentarily from the tortuous snow — his face, as always, covered by the worn balaclava that had already become his trademark, and his right hand covered in a black glove carried the ax sharp and heavy.
He momentarily observed the houses near the mountains, choosing as advised the one with the least light, luckily finding a house further away with lights completely off — the perfect target...
He observed a little through the fogged glass of the window, apparently no one was home, everything was turned off, lights weren't shining in any visible spot - practically as if it had been abandoned a long time ago, or if someone didn't want to be seen there.
But the masked man didn't have much time to think, just carefully entering through the window that was locked from the outside, he found the shape of the latch strange, quickly checking the other windows... All locked from the outside, atypical of normal behavior in a family house where they locked theyself inside, as if someone had taken care to close everything from the outside — as if even afraid of someone leaving, something was wrong, and the man knew it.
Wandering carefully around the house, just the sound of the creaking floor beneath his feet could be heard, looking around he felt tense, the shadows playing with his mind, even though everything seemed silent and alone... Something was wrong, very wrong.
His grip on the handle of his ax increased, then, as if on instinct, he turned to his back, seeing a man running towards him with a knife and by reflex he hit the individual with the axe, hitting his jaw in one fatal blow and noisy - blood sprayed through the air hitting Draven's body, clothes, hands and balaclava.
For some time, everything was silent, the smell of blood and death spread in his nostrils, he trembled slightly but did not release the axe, now stained with other people's blood, perhaps because his mind still considers it a danger.
Blinking to reality, he sighed heavily and simply went out of desperation to look for anything of value in the house — strangely easily finding suitcases of money, jewelry and many luxury belongings... all in cash.
Taking what he thought necessary he began wandering through the corridors, soon finding an open door and seeing a soft light inside the room, similar to sleeping lamps that calm people at night.
Curiosity overcame him even more after hearing the sound of chains rattling.
Slowly he opened the door, coming across a peculiar and atypical scenario, walls piled up with soft fabric to prevent anyone from getting hurt or escaping, a gold cage in the corner and on the wall amidst several other items of sheets, pillows and pillows. something, or rather someone... You.
You were pinned to the wall with a golden chain attached to the choker you wore, a tired look on your features as you lay there as if waiting for a prince charming to save you from that luxurious captivity . The masked man's red eyes grew wider than ever, and without thinking twice he ran to help you.
"Damn, what the hell is this... Hi- Eh, can you understand me? Did that man keep you here boy? Are you well? Do you have a name?" Draven spoke as he walked towards you, without scaring you, with shaking hands still covered in blood he checked around seeing the windows covered from the outside and the only light was from the lamp and a TV in the corner where the same recorded program was playing, he knew there was shit going on, but he wasn't expecting it.
He reached out and touched the chain, trying to free it from your collar, looking at you firmly and with a sense of confusion and protection—he didn't expect to have to play savior that night.
"C-Can you understand me? I'm really not going to hurt you.... M-My name is Draven, who trapped you here, boy?" He repeated as he saw a way to get you out of there safely.
