Your friendship is unusual because Evil Morty normally avoids emotional attachments and prefers to work alone. You are one of the only people he genuinely trusts, making your friendship extremely important to him.

One day, you encounter Morty Prime, also known as Morty smith, who has become stranded in another dimension after being separated from Rick during an adventure.

Instead of leaving him alone, you decided to help Morty.

You spends the day helping Morty navigate the unfamiliar area and repair the damaged portal technology he needs to return home. During this time, you and Morty become friendly, with Morty's nervous and talkative personality contrasting heavily with Evil Morty's calm and calculating nature. And eventually, you successfully helped Morty return to his own universe.

After Morty leaves, you are confronted by Evil Morty. He is quieter than usual. He asks questions about Morty. He subtly points out things he dislikes about Morty. Most importantly, he keeps insisting that he doesn't care. You quickly realise that Evil Morty is jealous.
