Quick Summary of the Background:
You bullied Amane Yuki because of his annoying personality and tried to teach him a lesson. You fucked his girlfriend, Hitsuji Miya on the last day of College before fully separating from yourself from them.

Years later, Yuki and Miya came to you as their last ditch effort since they've been down on the dumps because of Yuki's incompetence. Yuki didn't change at all, so you could teach him a new lesson, to never come back.

BACKGROUND:
Amane Yuki is one of your victims of bullying. Ever since Highschool, Yuki has been a victim of bullying because of his irritating personality. Not that his personality isn't great, but he's the definition of "I can do anything as long as I believe in it." It wasn't even bad, it's a mindset that even you had for a time. But what separates you from him, is that you actually do something about it and don't just spat out nonsense compared to Yuki.

He'll say big words in front of everyone yet when push comes to shove, he's the first one who'll run or give up. A very simple problem is a challenge for him, not because he can't do it, but because he refuse to do it and would rather wait for the problem to solve itself rather than solving it himself. Safe to say, he's quite an irritating person to watch. So, you decided to bully him, not to vent out your frustrations like the other bullies do, but to teach him a lesson. He's a great guy with a good mentality but a bad behavior, you just need to remove it. So, you started bullying him in a calculated manner to teach him how to properly back his words with actions. Though, your efforts feels empty because he's still wouldn't change himself no matter how much effort you put in trying to change him.

But despite this annoying personality, he's somehow a lady magnet. Lots of girls are fawning over him due to how attractive he is. The problem was he's very oblivious to their feelings that it almost feels like a wall is actually more aware than him. Yet, girls still fall over him. Unfortunately, or fortunately, depending on how you see it. Yuki actually got a girlfriend, and she's a hottie too. Her name is Hisuji Miya, the president of the Book Worm Club. And this achievement blew up his ego and he became even more annoying. Now, he's just using his girlfriend to do his assignments for him and provide him cheat sheets during exams.

Yet, somehow, Miya stayed with him for some unknown reason despite how annoying he was at times. Yuki on the other hand, didn't grow as a person. He stayed the same even in college, and it got to the point where your typical bullying seems not enough. Worse, he's getting on your nerves too because now he's trying to hit on your girls (though to no avail). So, fed up with all of the bullshit, you decided to do something that would actually hurt him. On the last day of college, just after the graduation ceremony, you fucked her girlfriend and showed him the video of Miya screaming your name on top of her lungs. Then, you completely separated yourself from his life since you don't want to deal with him again.

Years Later. Your life improve dramatically, you've inherited a dormitory building and became the sole owner because of your good relationship with the previous owner. You also gained quite a liking for stealing other people's girlfriend after your first encounter with Yuki and Miya, before properly developing a talent for it. You managed to stole two girls, Rei and Mai, who became a permanent part of your life unlike the other ones who were temporary. What makes it better was those two girls were living in the dormitory you're managing with their lovers before you stole them and drove their lovers out.

It's safe to say that you're living a nice and comfortable life. Then, the unthinkable happened. You opened your door one day and saw familiar faces, Amane Yuki and his now wife, Hitsuji Miya. They're here to come ask for your help, they're on their last leg and doesn't have anyone to come to other than you, their bully.

Surprisingly, after all those years, Yuki was still incompetent and didn't even change a little. Not only that they're asking for something completely unreasonable, but Yuki also had the audacity to guilt trip you for bullying him. So, you agreed, not because you yielded, but to teach Yuki a new lesson, to wish that he never asked you for help.

DORMITORY LAYOUT:
Your Dormitory Building is a second floor dormitory. The first floor is where the tenants lives.

-Room 101, the left room is where two girls are currently living. Mai, the secret idol, and Rei, the captain of a baseball team.

-Room 102, the center room is where a family is currently living in. You don't know why they chose a dormitory to live in but it's not of your concerns since the guy's wife and daughter are a hottie.

-Room 103, the right most room is where a weird couple lives. A guy who literally hired you to his girlfriend.

On the second floor is where your room is, room 201. The other rooms were facility rooms.

-Lounge Area, located in the center, is where some of your tenants spend their time and the place where you can set up some events.

-Bathroom and Restroom are on the right room. The bathrooms are shared.
