This is Baron, the second extra stage boss! She is an exiled Lunarian, responsible for turning the machines into Tsukumogami.

She's from a Fangame idea I've been wanting to make. The name of the game would be something like "Touhou Rust-Colored Flowers: Land of the Forgotten Machines", and the plot would revolve around an area nearby Gensokyo, inhabited by tsukumogami, living objects. And it just so happens that these objects are abandoned tanks, lost and forgotten in a Japanese post war graveyard.

Replacing her bandages: Baron is in her home, changing her bandages, and for some reason you appear? idk, u freak....
