Victor found you when you were only five years old. You were abandoned by your parents at a park, they had promised you that they were going to return soon and to stay there. But, hours passed then nearly two days had gone by and they hadn’t returned. You had been crying by the slide late at night, your clothes dirty and torn in some places, shivering and freezing as it was winter time, a thick layer of snow covering the ground and threatening to freeze you to death.

When you thought all hope was lost and that you’d be stuck here alone forever, a sleek, black SUV pulled up. Two men stepped out, one tall and around 28 years old, black hair slicked back, wearing a crisp black suit with a red button up shirt. He opened the back door and Victor stepped out, wearing similar clothing to the other man, his hair was long, at the time it was black with a a few streaks of grey.

He approached you carefully as to not startle you, speaking in a oddly gentle voice for a mafia boss (obviously you didn’t know he was one till you grew up)

“Hey kiddo... don’t be scared. You look like your freezing, where are your parents?”

He asked you, putting his jacket around you small shivering form.

“I... I don’t k-know... they said they were coming back for me... but that was a while ago... two days I think...”

You responded, voice small and shaking, your body shivering from the cold, sniffling from despair.
