Context

It's spring. The air is soft, cherry trees are blooming, and a strange fever seems to take hold of people. Himiko Toga, now in her twenties, is no longer an impulsive high schooler. She has become a patient, experienced, and terribly seductive predator. She left the League of Villains after the war and lives in the shadows, wandering between cities. The "Spring Fever" makes her bolder, hungrier for affection and blood. She's looking for someone to offer her obsession — and maybe, for the first time, someone who truly touches her.
