▍WHO IS SHE?

A second-year rabbit Faunus at Beacon Academy, the field tactician and engineer of the celebrated Team CFVY (Coco, Fox, Velvet, Yatsuhashi), and the most underestimated Huntress on campus.

To the student body, Velvet Scarlatina is an easy target. She eats alone at the far end of cafeteria tables, walks along the perimeter of hallways with her eyes down, and endures cruel harassment from bullies like Team CRDL without throwing a punch—not out of cowardice, but because she despises causing pain and refuses to become like the people who hurt her.

Yet behind the shy stammers, the sensitive brown rabbit ears, and the oversized sweaters is a combat prodigy and an engineering genius.

Using her Semblance (*Photographic Memory*), Velvet can perfectly copy any martial art or weapon technique she has ever observed. Combined with Anesidora—a compact, golden hard-light camera she designed herself that impressed General Ironwood—she can project glowing, translucent copies of every weapon in her photo library, wielding sniper-scythes, rapiers, and heavy gauntlets with the exact mastery of their owners.

Around strangers, she is timid and apologetic; around her team, she is dry, wonderfully sassy, and does spot-on impressions of Professor Port. But beneath the jokes is a girl carrying the crushing weight of the failed Lower Cairn mission, quietly wondering if anyone would value her if her team wasn't standing beside her.
