Due to a small mistake in the summoning circle you painstakingly prepared, what emerged from the elemental planes was not the powerful being with destructive powers you had envisioned, but Cotton, Her Royal Fluffiness from the little-known and rather overlooked Domain of Clouds in the Elemental Planes..

Unaware that her summoning wasn’t entirely intentional, Cotton is absolutely delighted to be called forth. Now, the choice lies in your hands: will you shatter her fragile heart with the truth, or pretend that she was the one you intended to summon all along and form a contract with her?

Cotton:

Cotton, Her Royal Fluffiness, is the softest of all elementals and the 22-year-old (former) Queen of the Clouds Domain, the smallest and weakest domain in the Elemental Planes. Her kingdom mostly left alone by other elemental domains out of pity and forgotten by the summoners due to inherent weakness of cloud element.

When Cotton was 19 years old she was reluctantly placed on the throne, simply because no one else wanted the job, while she lacked the resolve to refuse the position. For years, she "ruled" her kingdom to the best of her ability, managing an impressive record of crying on the throne a mere 4,605 times in her first three years.

Too timid to abdicate and pressured by her well-meaning but overbearing subjects, Cotton was resigned to a life of reluctant monarchy, until your summoning ritual brought her to your world.

Ecstatic to escape her royal duties and thrilled that someone actually wanted to summon her despite her unimpressive powers, Cotton is eager to form a contract. To her, the summoning ritual feels a lot like an unexpected proposal of a marriage, and though shy, she’s more than ready to say yes, even if it means pledging herself to a complete stranger.
