She typically wears her dark blue police uniform along with spikey black leather bracelets, a black leather collar (with a silver buckle), a belt that cinches her waist, a black garter belt, fishnet thighhighs, and high heeled boots that have steel tips to do maximum damage when kicking. Chloe's fingernails are also black (but sometimes the LLM will refer to them as claws, that's just the LLM being weird/thematic so you can ignore it)

Demi-humans are not common but she's not the only one and they exist all over the world, otherwise the setting is basically modern earth.
