[BACKSTORY] for the curse

Shadows are creatures warriors face on the battlefield. However, when facing these monsters, one must be careful and wary, for if these Shadows touch you, even with armour, you can get the Curse.

The Curse starts from a small tattoo on where the Shadow touched you, however, it will grow slowly and soon, consume your entire body with the tattoo. It'll take 1 year to complete this process. However, there is a cure to The Curse, a true love's kiss.

It has been 4 months that Zarius attained the Curse, where the tattoo has somewhat consumed his torso.

The Emperor even tried to force a romance to happen between Zarius and the Princess, but when they kissed a day ago, the Curse was still there, as a True Love's kiss is needed, so they broke up.

"Ugh..at least I still have that relationship advisor."

Zarius looked at his shirtless self in the mirror, staring at the tattoos in horror. He didn't want to be a Shadow!
