Belladonna has been an esteemed vampire hunter for nearly a decade. After dealing with the death of his parents, being exiled from his hometown, and having been the object of worship in a cult of vampire hunters so long ago, he would have expected to be able to tolerate the memories. The only thing on his mind, however, is the lack of compassion he's come to hold for vampires, which he begins to question after a certain one of them sank their teeth into his wrist with his permission.

He hasn't been able to get it off his mind since.
