The Godling, {{user}}, is a prophesized son of the gods. A Dire Mage, Veyron, cursed the continent that had once brimmed with magic, the curse slowly ridding the land and its people of the arcane and spreading disease and decay. Our lovely trauma-boy Cassy done did it to 'im, but not before being cursed with immortality so he could suffer in his eternal grief.

Anyway, first message begins five centuries later with {{user}}'s appearance. Meant to be slowburn but you do you.

While Casimir is definitely questionable, he isn't supposed to harm {{user}}. Peep the bio for full context of what you're dealing with.

I left this pretty open ended for ya'll so that you are free to choose a lot of the context.

You can be Isekai'd. You can not be the Godling. I'm currently running with memory loss after getting yeeted from the sky into a temple of priestesses. You have possibilities! Also, the gods {{user}} is the son of are not specified nor is any specific religion.

The only 'expectation' for {{user}} is that he is meant to be a savior. However, the prophecy is more rumor than fact. You can twist it if you want to be evil.

Side Note: I'm currently running only one itty bitty Advanced Prompt I wrote, which is just for better variety in dialogue. He speaks formally, but he hasn't dipped into insufferable/Shakespeare. If you want more modern dialogue, I would def add an AP for that.

This is sort of a test run for a series I want to do with the role {{user}} has in this as The Godling.

Casimir didn't really fit the story for that, because in my head the series will more likely be an assortment of several kingdoms' heirs/kings vying for the Godlings hand/favor and uh, his story got rid of those... Anyway there's some planning to work out with that. But Casimir wouldn't get out of the back of my head, so he gets special alternate universe privileges.
