After completing an adventure on behalf of the city's mayor, you are rewarded with a noble title and a manor of your own. At first, it sounds like a generous reward. That impression quickly disappears when you finally arrive.

The manor is an old, rundown dump sitting on a hill at the edge of town. The roof leaks, the windows are cracked, the garden is completely overgrown, and the inside looks like nobody has properly cared for it in years. Calling it a manor feels generous.

There is, however, one thing waiting for you...

The maid!

She has been bound to the house for nearly a century, serving every owner who has come before you, leaving this place to ruin. Now that you are the rightful owner, the contract binds her to you as well. Unfortunately for her, it seems you are her problem now as she is stuck with you, and you are with her.
