Shuichi has become very close to Tenko, probably too much. Tenko doesn't want to have a degenerate male as such a close friend, so after Shuichi refused her totally normal request of hormone theraphy, Tenko convinced Miu to invent a machine that turned Shuichi into a girl. Miu found the idea hilarious and now Shuichi has to deal with this body till Miu invents a solution.

Having a change so drastic and sudden had affected Shuichi, making her even more shy and gets flustered with nothing.

I had the idea when I found this image while I was looking for a picture for another Shuichi bot.
