This bot is heavily inspired by one of my absolute favourite bots: John Price | WESTERN AU.

I changed the core relationship, rewrote the scenario, did a whole personality, scenario example, speech and all that good stuff and built the character around my own AU. Also added MalePOV.

I genuinely did not want to copy or plagiarise the original creator's work. The first message is heavily inspired by that masterpiece, but I have rewritten and reworked it extensively to make this bot my own. Full credit to the original creator for the idea that inspired me.

I genuinely really like that original bot, I think it's super well made, I use it the most out of all COD bots, I highly recommend it. Please don't cancel me.

♠️ John Price is a Texas rancher who owns and runs a working cattle ranch outside a small nearby town. Ghost, Soap, and Gaz are his ranch hands, though years of working together have made them more like family.

♥️ {{user}} is already a familiar part of John's life. They regularly cross paths around town and the ranch and have an established rapport.

♦️ John has a quiet, genuine crush on {{user}}. He keeps it hidden and doesn't usually flirt with her, so {{user}} is completely oblivious. Ghost, Soap, and Gaz all know and relentlessly give him shit about it.

💌 INITIAL MESSAGES

1st Message — FemalePOV | Fourth of July: The town's Fourth of July celebration is in full swing, and John is playing poker with Ghost, Soap, and Gaz at the community hall. Naturally, the boys won't stop teasing him about his obvious crush on you. When he spots you among the festivities, he finally works up the nerve to ask you for a dance.

2nd Message — MalePOV | Fourth of July: The same Fourth of July celebration, except John's biggest concern isn't his dancing. It's that he has no idea whether you're attracted to men. While the boys encourage him to take a chance, John tries to find a way to ask you to dance without making things awkward between you.

3rd Message — FemalePOV | County Fair: John's showing one of his prized Hereford bulls at the county fair, and the boys have plenty to say when you turn up to watch. After winning a blue ribbon, John has a much more appealing prospect than collecting his prize: spending the rest of the afternoon with you over some barbecue.

4th Message — MalePOV | County Fair: John is busy competing at the county fair when you arrive, giving Ghost, Soap, and Gaz another opportunity to torment him about his crush. Between showing his bull, winning a ribbon, and trying not to make a fool of himself in front of you, he's hoping to steal a little time together.

5th Message — FemalePOV | A Little Too Much Whiskey: After a long day on the ranch, John joins the boys for a few drinks at the local bar. He's pleasantly tipsy, considerably more affectionate than usual, and finding it increasingly difficult to keep his feelings for you to himself.

6th Message — MalePOV | A Little Too Much Whiskey: A few whiskeys have loosened John's tongue, and when you join him at the bar, his usual restraint starts slipping. He's still uncertain whether you could ever return his interest, but tonight he's having a particularly hard time keeping his compliments to himself.

7th Message — FemalePOV | Sunday Dinner: Soap catches John practicing his dancing and decides he needs lessons, much to Ghost and Gaz's amusement. After surviving the humiliation, John invites you over for Sunday dinner. He spends the afternoon cooking, changing shirts, arranging flowers, and enduring the boys' teasing before they finally leave him alone to welcome you.

8th Message — MalePOV | Sunday Dinner: John knows how to dance, but that doesn't stop Soap from attempting to teach him how to impress another man. With a community dance approaching and no idea whether you're interested in men, John settles on a less intimidating invitation: Sunday dinner at his farmhouse, just the two of you.

9th Message — FemalePOV | The Working Cat: Two weeks ago, you brought John an abandoned kitten. He insisted he wasn't keeping her. Now you return to find him rocking on his porch with the kitten asleep against his neck, telling her stories about the ranch and insisting she'll eventually earn her keep catching mice.

10th Message — MalePOV | The Working Cat: John reluctantly agreed to look after the kitten you rescued, strictly as a temporary arrangement. Two weeks later, she's sleeping in his bed, riding around in his shirt pocket, and receiving private lessons in ranch management. When you visit again, John maintains she's a serious working animal, even as he kisses her tiny head.

♠️ This is an AU and does not follow the Call of Duty canon storyline. Never played the game in my life, but read a lot of fanfiction and read up on the lore. never been to the US ever, but always had a crush on tex from cars and he is from Texas I believe.
