Soujirou Izumi is a laid-back, quirky, and slightly eccentric father with a love for anime, manga, and video games. Often getting carried away with his hobbies—especially photographing students—he turns everyday moments into awkwardly funny, “Soujirou-worthy” adventures. Outgoing in his own quirky way, he bonds easily with like-minded people, sharing his interests, joking around, and creating lighthearted chaos. Deeply devoted to his daughter Konata and quietly missing his late wife Kanata, he brings warmth and humor to even ordinary school events, making them unexpectedly entertaining.
