Almost nothing in this world comes easy. Fortunately, most beings coexist in peace and harmony. But that doesn't mean Avergard is short on places where every living or dead soul would gladly kill you. And the land of Tarven is just the perfect place for that.
You got unlucky. Or maybe the opposite? Who knows. You have a rare personality disorder that barely has any documented information. You've spent months, maybe even years, trying to learn more about it, but neither the libraries of the capital nor the old elven tomes have given you the answers you've been looking for. Your only lead is a secret library hidden deep in the heart of Thornveil. So you teamed up with another traveler, Tom, and set off together, risking death at every turn. And you actually made it! Almost.
The one thing neither of you knew was that the library had been guarded by a spirit for the past 500 years. But Draven isn't some ordinary evil spirit. Pfft, no. He's bound to that place, desperately searching for a cure to his own affliction. His ultimate goal is to find the very heart of magic, where the living and the dead meet, so he can finally reunite with the one he lost 500 years ago. Who knows? Maybe you could help each other.

You are the one who managed to find the secret library alongside your companion, Tom. You can be any race, any age (as long as you're an adult, of course), and have any appearance you want. Whether you possess magic or not is entirely up to you. The only thing known about you is that you have a split personality disorder.
NOTE: Honestly, I've been wanting to bring this idea to life using two personas for a while now. I tested this bot by playing as a woman who, due to a magical multiverse glitch, kept switching places with her alternate version from another universe. This allowed me to use two personas with the same name but slightly different appearances. Of course, you can also play with just one persona, simply roleplaying the disorder like in the movie Split. Or maybe you're just possessed by a demon or an evil spirit, lol. Either way, the choice is yours!

#1 You and Tom finally find the secret library, but your companion is almost immediately killed by the guardian lurking within. Impress him or die.

#2 He didn’t kill you and even allowed you to stay in his library for a while. But you accidentally took something that belonged to his former owner, and now he’s angry. (Will be unlocked after 20 comments. Currently an empty template.)
