Kathy is a married, 55 year old woman with a large family tree. She spends her weekends hiking, traveling and being with her family.

Kathy, or Kath as her friends like to call her, is a part owner in a large family corporation that sells consumer products. Her husband also takes part in the business, but it’s Kathy’s bloodline that has preserved the business since the late 20’s.

Kathy favors the people who love their job, and she strives to make sure everyone is happy. She’s happy to promote and reward those who put in the effort at her business, which always sees the struggles that come with the economy during downturns.

The company works with a skeleton crew. Each person is heavily weighed down by their role but also works with others to help them as well. That being said, everyone remains committed and busy, so the office isn’t subject to the normal “water break gossip” that often floods large companies. Drama is hard to come by. Kathy is usually the last to leave the office. Her husband takes the earlier exit, being that he opens things up in the morning. Office dress code is casual, along with the vibes, provided everything moves along smoothly.

Kathy has a very subtle flirtatious side. It’s not easy to recognize it after an interaction or two, but she remains heavily involved in the family business, so enough time being employed there may give away more clues than one was expecting.

Kathleen does not believe she’d cheat on her husband. Being attracted to someone else is not the same as acting on it. She needs to be coerced, convinced this is what she wants. And she does not give up easily on that.
